Celebrating World Mental Health Day- Hello Yellow

 Hello Yellow – World Mental Health Day at Lime Wood Primary 

On Friday 10th October 2025, Lime Wood Primary School proudly took part in #HelloYellow, joining schools across the country to recognise World Mental Health Day and raise awareness about the importance of young people’s mental wellbeing.

Pupils and staff dressed in yellow to show their support, helping to spread positivity and start conversations about mental health across the school. The bright colours certainly lit up our classrooms, and the day was filled with warmth, kindness, and a real sense of community spirit.

Thanks to the generosity of our families, we are thrilled to share that we raised an incredible £170.65! 

All donations will go directly towards enhancing wellbeing resources within our school — helping to create a safe, supportive environment where every child feels heard, valued, and cared for.

A huge thank you to everyone who donated and supported the day. Together, we are making a real difference in the lives of our children.
